As per experts, soya chunks are high in protein and fibre content and low in fat, which makes them an excellent source for weight loss. It has been found that they keep you satiated for a longer period of time, which helps avoid unhealthy snacking.

100 gm soy chunks, 2 tbsp curd, 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, salt to taste, ¼ tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, and 4-6 bread slices.

First of all, boil the soy chunks in 2 cups of water. Once cooked, drain the water and let the chunks rest on a kitchen towel.

Add the chunks to a mixing bowl, along with grated capsicum and carrot.

Add curd, salt, black salt, chaat masala, and red chili powder. Combine them well.
