In the video, Rakul mentions that to make it a healthy meal, she uses one portion of rice and doubles the spinach and pea quantities. Here's the recipe.

1 cup rice, 2 cups spinach, 2 cups peas, 4 tbsp ghee, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 4 cloves, 1 black cardamom, 3 green cardamom, 2 onions, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 2.5 cups water, salt to taste

Wash and roughly chop the spinach leaves.

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add cumin, cloves, black cardamom, and green cardamom, and cook for 30 seconds.

Add chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 3 minutes.

Add spinach and green peas. Cover the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
