2 cups whole wheat flour Salt to taste Water as required

Sieve flour and salt into a large bowl and make a soft and smooth dough with water. Cover it with a damp cloth and keep it aside for a few minutes.

Divide the dough into four balls and roll into a little thick rotis. Preheat the oven at 190º C.

Place the rolled dough on a greased baking tray and cook in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
